TCHAKA PULUMUKA KAMANGA is Malawian by nationality. He is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Integrated Coastal Zone Management at the University of Cape Coast under the World Bank Africa Centres of Excellence for Coastal Resilience (ACECoR) Project. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Irrigation Engineering from the University of Malawi. He practised irrigation engineering for 3 years then diversified into Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation roles since 2012. TCHAKA has worked as Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change Adaptation Technical Coordinator for Christian Aid, Self Help Africa and ActionAid in Malawi.
