Meyer Antonio

Meyer António, I work in the Studies Section of the Directorate of Forests (DFB) and Biodiversity, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. I have a degree in Forestry Engineering from the University of Pinar del Rio (Cuba) and I also have a Masters in Management and Comprehensive Management of Forests and Territories from ERAIFT (Unikin, RDC). I have been working at the DFB on topics related to forest management, mainly in the development of forest restoration plans and programs, necessary for the sequestration of forest carbon. I have also participated in the preparation of greenhouse gas inventories and national communications for the UNFCCC.
