Lucy Njuguna is an early-career professional with a keen interest in climate governance, particularly on the linkage between international and national climate policies. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Governance from Freiburg University, Germany. Lucy is currently a graduate fellow at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). Her research aims at building the capacity of policymakers to track and report on adaptation to climate change by developing tools that are cognizant of the prevailing systems of information production and use. Her research focuses on the livestock sectors of Kenya, Uganda, and Ethiopia. Lucy is passionate about engaging with diverse stakeholders, working towards inclusive climate policies.
