Letsatsi Lekhooa

Letsatsi Lekhooa has five years of experience in the nonprofit sector and government sector, and currently pursuing a Master of Science Specializing in Climate Change at the University of Free State and Certificate in Paris Agreement on Climate Change as Development Agenda at United Nations System Staff College (UNFCCC). He has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National University of Lesotho and a Diploma in Climate Friendly Travel Tourism at the Institute of Tourism Studies. He an enthusiastic and ambitious social geographer with an interest in how people of various cultures live, how institutions in different settings function, and how both adapt to changes in their environment. His career path focuses on the interplay of climate change, Climate data, climate policy, sustainable development goals, Mathematical Sciences for Climate, Satellite Remote Sensing, and urbanity with applications to the fields of climate change impacts, environmental equity, individual behavior, modeling, modes of learning, communication, and planning policy and practice in international and intercultural comparisons.
