Kylsa Fatinha Trovoada Boa Morte

Sao-tomense, mother of one daughter.

She is a specialist in Cooperation for Development, with a degree in International Relations from the Faculty of Economy of the University of Coimbra/Portugal

Since 2019, she has been working as an Information and International Relations technician at the National Agency for the Protection of Personal Data of São Tomé and Príncipe.

She has training in Project Management by TecMinho-University-Company Association for Development – University of Minho and African Studies by the Military University Institute/Portugal.

Training in “Disaster Risk Reduction and Local Sustainable Development” by the ILO-Turin International Training Centre. Facilitator of the National Presentation of the 2017 Fragility Assessment Report of Sao Tome and Principe.

From 2015 to 2018 I represented the Minister of Defence and Internal Administration in the National Council for Disaster Preparedness and response to Disasters where I was able to follow the activity of promoting policies and actions for disaster risk reduction and their application for adaptation to climate change with the development of prevention and mitigation actions of disaster risks.
