Krystel Sil Sikana provides project management support and consultancy on EU-AU projects. She has worked on thematic that relates to climate security, circular economy, entrepreneurship and youth leadership that have carried her to high-level consultations in EU-AU policy fields, and successfully moving decision-makers.

Krystel is an Entrepreneur enthusiast, she co-founded 1.2 Diaries, platform centring voices and expertise from the Global South. Their aim is to put African voices in debates and policymaking concerning the Green Movement and the climate-conflict-migration nexus. Krystel has also been awarded by the Tony Elumelu Foundation for her Start-up CUBE which works towards advancing equity in science-education in Africa. Krystel earned a degree in Environmental Chemistry from Odisee x KU Leuven and is currently specialising as Environmental Researcher at the Open Universiteit of the Netherlands.
