Felix Kiprono, formerly served as the Country Coordinator for Climate Smart Agriculture Youth Network (CSYAN) for Kenya. A firm believer that the youth hold the key to transforming food systems, Felix is a climate-smart agriculture and agribusiness development specialist mobilizing a youth transition to climate-resilient agriculture and agricultural entrepreneurship.
Felix is the Founder and Chief Executive officer of Modernagrifics Enterprises, a registered entity in Kenya, focusing on Rangeland Livelihoods, environmental consultancy and Climate-Smart Agriculture Production Technologies, and Agricultural value chain in the Arid and Semi-Arid Areas (ASALS). Specializes in Environmental Impact assessments, Urban Agriculture, greenhouse farming, Agriculture accessories, and Consultancies in Climate change mitigation and adaptation.
He has enormous experience in Environmental consultancy, climate change advocacy, Nature conservation, natural resource management, crop disease and pest management, and product quality and safety management. He has had a stint at Global Landscape Forum and as a Team leader at the Agripreneur Youth Movement in Kenya. As an accomplished young academician, he has spoken in various symposia, workshops and conferences.
