Charity Zimba is a Zambian Lawyer currently working for Ministry of Local Government (Lusaka City Council) under the Department of Legal Services as Senior Legal Assistant Heading the Estate Section. In 2007, she obtained an Associate degree in Legal studies from the Institute of Commercial Management London. She obtained a bachelor of laws degree (LLB) from Cavendish University Zambia in 2011. She further proceeded to do a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Mulungushi University and graduated in 2020. She worked for Fraser Associates & Commissioner of Oaths as a Learner Legal Practitioner from 2011 to 2013 before joining Lusaka City Council. More than her role as a Legal Advisor on Land Governance and Administration, she is in the Technical Working Group for the Institution responsible for reviewing Projects from NGOs and has worked on several projects on Climate Change. One of the Projects she participated in is The Introduction of Climate Smart Agriculture Practices. The wealth of experience she gained from the various projects honed her land law skills and currently she is a Consultant in Land Governance and Administration.
