Chantelle G. Moyo is an environmental lawyer and academic. She is currently a doctoral researcher under the South African Research Chair: Cities, Law and Environmental Sustainability (CLES) at the North-West University in South Africa. Ms Moyo is a Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (Strong Cities 2030) and a Canon Collins (Climate Justice) scholar who has published work in the form of articles and book chapters both regionally and internationally. Her research interests are in climate change and energy; public interest litigation; mining and sustainable cities. Ms Moyo has been awarded research grants and consulted for organizations such as Save the Children International, Southern African Resources Watch, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, the International Development Law Organization and the Zimbabwe Environmental Law Association.
