Chadwick Bironga

Chadwick Bironga is a Research Scientist working with the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute (KMFRI). He is in charge of Coordinating Internal Seminars and Workshops for the Freshwater Systems Directorate of KMFRI. Chadwick is a published first author in an international indexed, peer-reviewed journal, a member of the Lake Turkana National Parks Area Management National Working Group and a team member of the Lamu’s Mikoko Rehabilitation Project Working Group. He has been a speaker and discussant in panels on Climate Change, particularly the 2019 Youth Conference on Climate Change, the Ninth Great Lakes of the World Conference (GLOW9) and the Sixth International Interdisciplinary Conference (IIC6). He is a founding member of the Route to Food Alliance and a 2021 Mastercard Website Development Fellow at e-Mobilis. Currently, Chadwick is a Research and Innovation Fellow 2021 at the University of Nairobi’s C4D Hub and student at the same university pursuing a Masters of Economics.
