Blessed Tofara Chidhoni

I am an  Assistant Researcher at Zimbabwe Democracy Institute, which is a public policy think tank focusing on Governance and Policy Research issues. I recently participated in the 2nd Climate Diplomacy Training held in Nairobi Kenya injunction with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Adelphi (Germany). I am currently studying towards a Master’s Degree in International Relations at the University of Zimbabwe.

My research focuses on the economics and policy of climate change mitigation, adaptation and impacts. I published 3peerr-reviewed articles and edited 1 book. I presented my research in more than 8 conferences, seminars and workshops.

I was the Lead Researcher for the Climate Change Handbook to be published by Zimbabwe Democracy Institute and consulted for Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in 2021. I am also a holder of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Masters Scholarship of 2021. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Politics and Public Management Honors Degree from Midlands State University Zimbabwe in 2018.
