Abnilde de Ceita Lima is a Monitoring & Evaluation specialist, and responsible for Environmental Safeguarding under the West African Coastal Resilience Investment Project in São Tomé and Príncipe “WACA ResIP STP”, funded by the World Bank, since 2019. Abnilde technician at the Directorate General of Environment (DGE) since 2013, where he became responsible for the observatory in 2015. He has been working as a Geographic Information System (GIS) expert in the DGE technical team, working as DGA’s focal point for the Climate Change Adaptation for Agriculture project on GIS, in projects such as the development project of the Coastal Zone | Vulnerability and Adaptation Chapter of Sao Tome and Principe in the framework of the elaboration of the Third National Communication (TCN) in 2017, as well as member of the technical responsible for the compilation of the TCN on Climate Change of STP in 2019.
Abnilde member of the national technical team for the analysis of cartographic products in the framework of the National Project of Territorial Planning in 2019, member of the World Youth Parliament for São Tomé and Príncipe Water. A citizen of São Tomé and Príncipe, Abnilde has a degree in Geography, Planning, Regional Development and Environment from Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo, Mozambique”.
