Godino Mwasaru Mwaghania

Godino Mwasaru, is a Lead Expert in Environmental Impact Assessment, a Lead Member of Environment Institute of Kenya and Director of Shada Creations Limited; a Sustainable Agribusiness export company dealing in production, processing and exporting of preserved flowers and foliages. He has vast work experience on Post-Harvest and Value Chain Management in flower industry, having worked with leading flower growers in East Africa including Vegpro (Kenya), Rosebud (Uganda), Waridi Farm among others. He is currently a final year Postgraduate student – Master of Management in Agribusiness (MMA) at Strathmore University Business School-Kenya. Godino is currently working on his Master thesis focusing on Assessing the Psycho-Social and Socio-Economic Factors that Influence and Affect Adoption of Climate Smart Agriculture. He holds a Bsc. Natural Resources Management from Egerton University-Kenya, certificate in Agriculture Development-The Israeli Model from MATC-Mashav-International Agriculture Training Centre-Israel; certificate in Applying Mitigation Hierarchy to Manage Biodiversity Impacts from The Biodiversity Consultancy, certificate in Blue Ocean Strategy from The International Business School Americas. Godino is also a certified IRCA Lead Auditor/Trainer in Environmental and Quality Management Systems (ISO Standards) having worked with Bureau Veritas. He is passionate about Sustainable Agribusiness, Ethical and Environmental management systems.
